Introduction#
Zen is a licensed financial institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. It has offices in Northern Ireland, UK. It offers electronic wallets in 29 currencies, with personal IBANs; the SEPA Euro IBAN is issued by Lithuania, and the SWIFT IBANs for all currencies are issued by the UK. Some Zen accounts registered with UK addresses have UK Soft and Account (GBP accounts), and GBP deposits and withdrawals can be credited instantly.
It provides physical and virtual cards issued by Lithuania, and when applying for a physical card, you can fill in a different mailing address. It supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Xiaomi Pay, Huawei Pay, Alipay, and WeChat. Zen internally supports currency conversion and allows USDT deposits to be converted to Euros.
In some regions, logging into Zen may result in missing features, such as cryptocurrency or Apple Pay access being blocked, which may be related to the login IP.
2023/05: Due to a large number of registrations from mainland China in a short period, Zen no longer supports account openings with mainland Chinese passports.
Registration#
Currently, Zen registration does not require proof of address and supports real addresses in mainland China. If there are name duplicates, it may be rejected. Group members using a Chinese passport + real address in China + any phone number (including +86) have a chance of instant approval.
There is a bug in the KYC process within the Zen app; capturing the passport and face may frequently fail to recognize or prompt errors. If the KYC recognition fails too many times, it will trigger manual KYC, and you will have to wait for manual review approval.
If manual review is not approved, please contact customer service to declare that you are not a political figure to pass.
